After a long absence, VOCAL is now back and operating as a true Advocacy body for all victims of crime. Originally set up by the late Howard Brattan O.A. and Former Chief Commissioner Mick Miller, Vocal was instrumental in changing the legal scene for victims by it's constant lobbying and determination to get Justice at all costs.
